A: Yes, this link is displayed only in free version of amMap.

Q: Is it possible to migrate data from old amMap version to new one?
A: There is no automated way to migrate data - the new version is too different from the previous.

Q: Will I receive source code if I purchase a commercial license?
A: No, source files of the tool are not included. However multiple site and developer license buyers will receive source files (*.fla) of all maps.

Q: What web server do I need to run amMap?
A: AmMap reads data from XML files, this means that it is server independent. You can run amMap on your computer, without a web server.

Q: Can I generate data dynamically?
A: Yes, you can. You can write your own php, asp, or other scripts which could generate XML from your data.

Q: Where is the old v 1.5 of amMap?
A: You can download v 1.5 of amMap here. If you purchase a current amMap license, you will be able to use both versions. However the old version is no longer supported.

Q: Does new amMap version have similar admin tools as the old version had?
A: No, it doesn't yet. In the future I plan to release some plug-ins which will serve for easier map administration.
